Principal's Message

It is my honor and a pleasure to welcome you to the 2024 – 2025 school year! I hope you all have had a relaxing and fun summer break. I am extremely proud to serve as the Principal of this amazing school and to continue to support the students of BridgePrep Academy Tampa! This year, our school’s theme is “Unlocking Our A-rated Potential.” As a school, we will focus on self-discovery, and collaboration to achieve academic excellence. It will continue to be our mission at BPA Tampa to strive for academic excellence and social and emotional well-being for our students. With that said, the BPA Tampa staff are excited to kick this year off in true Bulldog style!

I would like to welcome all our new families, whether you are joining us from another school in the district or have relocated from another city, state, or country. We are excited to share with you all that BridgePrep Academy has to offer and believe you will soon feel that BridgePrep Academy is a special place for all children. Our educators, support staff, families, and other education partners are ready to welcome you into the Bulldog Nation.

Please be sure to read the Bulldog Nation Bulletin each Sunday night. It contains important information from the school, reflections on what is happening in the classroom, and updates from our community partners. Links to each week’s Bulletin will be posted on our website.

We will hold our traditional, in-person Back-to-School Night presentations on Thursday, August 8th. Additionally, BPA Tampa has outstanding educators who create the foundation for your child’s academic success. In addition, a large part of BPA Tampa’s success can be attributed to its active and engaged parents involved in the Parent & Teacher Council. Please consider joining and contributing to the BPAT Parent & Teacher Council so that we can continue to fund engaging enrichment programs, assemblies, and much-needed supplemental equipment and supplies that will support teaching and learning this year.

As your Principal, we will look to our families to be positive partners in their children’s educational journey. My door is open, and our team welcomes your input.
