Description
The Back to School Coalition of Hillsborough County has seven appointment-only sites set up this summer to provide students entering kindergarten through high school grade level with physicals, eye exams, dental screenings, immunizations, and shot record updates for school enrollment. The COVID-19 VACCINE WILL BE AVAILABLE TO CHILDREN 12 TO 18 YEARS OLD. Due to CDC guidelines, space is limited, and COVID-19 safety procedures will be implemented.
